1. Description of Service

CarbonLens AI is a mobile application that:

• Scans products using your device camera
• Analyzes carbon footprint and environmental impact using AI
• Provides eco-friendly alternatives and tips
• Offers an AI-powered Eco Expert chat assistant

2. Use of the App

2.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CarbonLens AI for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Permitted Use

You may:

• Scan products for carbon footprint analysis
• Save and review your scan history
• Use the Eco Expert chat for environmental questions
• Share results with others

2.3 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App to violate any laws or regulations
• Misuse or abuse the AI services

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

CarbonLens AI offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:

Weekly	$9.99 per week
Monthly	$19.99 per month
Yearly	$99.99 per year (Best Value)

3.2 Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

• You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
• Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription.

4. AI Information Disclaimer

So Important: Carbon footprint calculations are estimates based on AI analysis. Results may vary and should be used as general guidance.

• AI responses are informational and not professional environmental advice.
• Always verify important decisions with qualified experts.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of product identification.

5. Data and Privacy

• All scan history and chat data is stored locally on your device.
• Images are sent to external AI services for processing and immediately deleted.
• You retain full ownership of your data.
• Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Intellectual Property

CarbonLens AI, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Kregg's Code and protected by copyright laws. You retain ownership of images you capture, but grant us permission to process them for carbon analysis.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE MENTION:

• We are not liable for decisions made based on App data.
• We are not liable for loss of data due to device issues.
• We are not liable for third-party service interruptions.
