These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LipMaxx AI mobile application ("App"), developed by kreggscode ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading and using LipMaxx AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. About LipMaxx AI

LipMaxx AI is an AI-powered lip care analysis application that provides:

  • AI-powered lip scanning and health analysis
  • Personalized lip care routines and product recommendations
  • Progress tracking over time
  • Expert AI chat for lip care advice
  • Educational content about lip health

2. Subscription Plans

LipMaxx AI offers the following premium subscription options:

Weekly $9.00 per week
Monthly $19.00 per month
Yearly $99.00 per year (Best Value - Save 57%)

2.1 Billing Terms

  • All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24+ hours before the current period ends
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending
  • Manage subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

2.2 Free Trial

If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically. Any unused trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. AI Analysis Disclaimer

⚠️ Important: LipMaxx AI provides AI-generated analysis for informational and educational purposes only. Our analysis and recommendations are NOT medical advice.

  • Results are estimates based on AI image analysis
  • Do not rely on this app to diagnose health conditions
  • For medical concerns, consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional
  • Product recommendations are suggestions, not prescriptions
  • Individual results may vary

4. Acceptable Use

When using LipMaxx AI, you agree NOT to:

  • Upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
  • Use the app for purposes other than personal lip care analysis
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the AI technology
  • Share or redistribute analysis results for commercial purposes
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials

5. Intellectual Property

LipMaxx AI, including its design, features, AI technology, and content, is owned by kreggscode and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you create within the app. By using LipMaxx AI, you grant us a license to process your images solely to provide the AI analysis service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • LipMaxx AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties
  • We are not liable for any decisions made based on app analysis
  • We are not responsible for any adverse outcomes from following recommendations
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting lipmaxxai@kreggscode.pro.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
